Canopy cleaning in London, done overnight.
Your canopy and filters are the first line against grease. We degrease the hood inside and out, clean the plenum behind it and deep-clean every baffle filter, overnight, as part of a full TR19® clean so the certificate covers the whole system.

Clean filters weekly. Leave the rest to us.
Baffle filters catch most of the grease before it reaches the duct, so how often they're cleaned decides how fast everything behind them clogs. Busy kitchens should wash filters at least weekly; heavy-grease kitchens, more often.
Canopy-only cleaning has its place for day-to-day hygiene, but it is not a TR19® clean and won't satisfy an insurer. That's why every canopy clean we arrange is part of a full system clean, with the readings and photos to prove it.
- Wash baffle filters weekly in hot water and degreaser
- Never run the extract with filters missing
- Replace bent or damaged filters; gaps let grease straight into the duct

Every clean includes canopy, filters, duct, fan, certificate and photo report. Price depends on duct length, access and grease levels. What moves the price.
Send a photo for your priceNo. TR19® Grease covers the whole extract system: canopy, plenum, filters, ductwork, fan and discharge. A canopy-only clean is useful for hygiene but will not give you a TR19 certificate.
At least weekly in a busy kitchen, and more often for heavy-grease cooking such as grills, woks and fryers. Clean filters slow the build-up in the ductwork behind them.
The canopy and plenum, the baffle filters, the ductwork and risers through access panels, the extract fan and the discharge, plus the certificate and before-and-after photo report. If a quote only covers the canopy, it is not a TR19 clean.
TR19® Grease sets the interval by daily cooking hours: 2–6 hours a day, every 12 months; 6–12 hours a day, every 6 months; 12–16 hours a day, every 3 months. Heavy-grease cooking such as grills, woks, fryers and charcoal can need more often.
Typical London prices in September 2026 industry guides run £495–£1,200 for a small café, takeaway or pub, £1,200–£2,500 for a restaurant or busy pub, £3,000–£5,000+ for a hotel or multi-kitchen site, plus VAT. Duct length, access and grease levels move the price. Send a photo of your canopy and filters on WhatsApp for a ballpark price for your kitchen.
No. Cleans are booked overnight, after your last service, and finished before morning prep, so you open as normal. The exact start and finish are agreed when you book.
Yes. A certificate and photo report come after every clean. Keep them with your fire risk assessment and insurance documents; they are what an insurer or assessor will ask for.
