Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you send when you ask Nightshift for a quote.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Ivan Infante, trading as Nightshift. Contact: ivanxdigital@gmail.com.

What we collect

• What you send us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone: usually your name, business name, postcode, phone number, photos of your kitchen extract and details of your system.
• Basic, anonymous website statistics (pages viewed, device type, country) through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Why we use it

To give you a price, arrange your clean and remind you when the next one is due. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in following up on a quote you asked for.

Who we share it with

Nightshift arranges cleans with independent, VHR-registered contractors. We share your business name, address, contact details, photos and system details with the contractor who quotes for or carries out your clean, and only for that purpose. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. For customers, we keep job records for as long as we manage your cleaning schedule, and up to 6 years after the last job for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to reminders at any time by replying “stop” or emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
